Cairo, (Alresalah.ps)--Director of Center for Palestinian Studies in Cairo Ibrahim Alderawi confirmed the Egyptian government and parliament’s strong considering to provide the Gaza Strip with electricity and fuel in the near future.
Alderawi exclusively said Thursday to (Alresalah.ps) that “the new Parliament is decisively intervening to end this crisis within a few days”.
“Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh is discussing with the Egyptian government how to resolve the crisis very soon", Al-Derawi added accusing Fatah movement of trying to strangle the Gaza Strip through its pressure on the Egyptian side to prevent the Strip from fuel and electricity supply.
Moreover, he blamed Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas for the daunting fuel crisis. "Abbas can call the people concerned and quicken its end", he indicated.
